Dianne is the President of Amplify Professional Services Inc., an executive search and consulting agency including senior executive placement, staffing and consulting services across industry sectors.
Concurrently, Dianne is a principal with Capital InVentures, an investment banking firm, where she raises capital for fast growth companies.
Dianne’s career includes over 20 years of B2B sales and account management with Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, and fast-growth companies. Her work includes selling staffing and consulting services across industries. She was responsible for business development at a billion dollar staffing agency, as well as a project management company. Earlier, Dianne was the founder and president of Tech Exec Partners, an IT consulting services firm.
Dianne’s produced hundreds of executive level networking events for peer professionals in finance, technology and business. She is the former founder and president of Women in Technology International, LA Chapter (WITI-LA).
Currently, Dianne is Co-CEO of C-Sweet, a premier and fast growing national networking association for female executives across industries.
